ok gents.
i think my favorite album of the year has been chosen. i just don't see it getting any better than the debut album from The War on Drugs, "Wagonwheel Blues." I'm working on the full review but, in the mean time, check out a few tracks. It sounds like Bob Dylan's Basement Tapes with a bit more of a garage/noise aesthetic. anyway, it's brilliant and hand-clappy and just some stellar retooling of the Americana genre.
