Janine appears in last years "Love is Overtaking Me" released on Audika Records (US) / Rough Trade (UK). A compilation of some of Russell's extensive recordings much of which are still unreleased or unfinished. This is much more immediate and approachable than some of his earlier albums, but has all the melancholy charm that you'd come to expect from Russell thanks to his beautiful compositions and evocation but simple lyrics. Also check out Wild Combination a recent documentary on Arthur Russell.
